Accountant

Responsibilities Issues reconciliation statements to customers showing balance due on projects. Assist with sales and use tax returns calculation and payment preparation. Generate customer invoices in Excel as required. Collects and organizes completed paperwork for all contracts ensuring all required documentation is signed and completed correctly. Tracks, requests and reconciles project payments (including deposits, draws and final balances). Maintains and distributes contract status report on a weekly basis. Monitors customer aging report and collects past due balances using all forms of communication. Generates finance charge invoices as needed. Generates and distributes customer statements. Perform customer maintenance including setting up new customers Monitor and release credit holds Supports the A/R and A/P departments with various tasks as assigned. Generate equipment contracts Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Analytical and problem-solving skills Team player who is self-directed and detail oriented Willingness to learn and grow Pay Details: $31.00 to $35.50 per hour
