Job Overview:
We are in search of a dynamic accountant to join our Client Advisory Services (CAS) department, where you will be responsible for managing all accounting needs for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess over 3 years of accounting and bookkeeping experience in a professional setting. Your role will involve engaging in various types of projects, collaborating directly with partners and the management team, and maintaining direct communication with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive accounting duties, including full accounting cycle, accounts payable/receivable, payroll management, financial reporting, and reconciliation of bank and credit card statements.
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in QuickBooks software (both online and desktop), with QB ProAdvisor certification being a plus.
- Possess strong technological aptitude, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with management software/services such as ADP, Expensify, and Jetpack.
- Maintain accurate client records using electronic support systems.
Qualifications:
- Thorough understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks software; QB ProAdvisor certification preferred.
- Strong technology skills, including MS Office proficiency.
- Familiarity with management software/services such as ADP, Expensify, and Jetpack.
- Experience in maintaining client records electronically.
