Account Support Officer

Job Description:

Cincinnati Financial is seeking a passionate and hardworking Account Support Officer to join our team in Denver, Colorado. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, assisting with any account-related inquiries.2. Work closely with Account Managers to ensure all client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.3. Assist in the preparation of reports and financial statements for clients.4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client accounts and transactions.5. Utilize persuasion and emotional intelligence skills to build strong relationships with clients and internal team members.6. Collaborate with the sales team to support new business development initiatives.7. Leverage data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives.8. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in order to provide top-notch support to clients.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.2. 4+ years of experience in a similar role.3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.6. Prior experience in the insurance industry is a plus.7. Must exhibit high levels of emotional intelligence and persuasion skills.
