Job Description:
Avon Products is seeking a hardworking and resilient Account Support Officer to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. As an Entry Level Account Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing support to our account managers and assisting with the day-to-day operations of the account management team.
Responsibilities:- Assist account managers with account management tasks including data entry, order processing, and customer inquiries- Communicate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment- Provide administrative support such as preparing reports, maintaining records, and scheduling appointments- Support the development and implementation of account management strategies- Assist with the coordination of sales meetings and events- Handle account-related inquiries and resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner
Requirements:- 1 year of experience in a similar role- Strong communication and negotiation skills- Excellent organizational and time management skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
