Job Description:
Western & Southern Financial Group is seeking a talented and experienced Account Support Manager to join our team. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in San Jose, California, US. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in a similar role and be at a mid-to-senior level in their career.
Responsibilities:- Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, providing exceptional customer service and support- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met- Monitor account activity and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategic account plans and sales strategies- Handle any customer issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner- Prepare reports on account performance and provide recommendations for improvement- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better support clients- Attend regular meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:- 7+ years of experience in a similar role- Proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Reliable and confident with the ability to work independently- Excellent negotiation skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
