Job Description:

Microsoft is looking for a dynamic and experienced Account Support Manager to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. As the Account Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue targets. This is a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, requiring a minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner- Work closely with the sales team to support their efforts in acquiring new clients and increasing revenue from existing clients- Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform business decisions- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact within the company- Provide training and support to junior team members, helping them develop their skills and grow in their roles- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience- Track and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to achieve targets

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field- Proven track record of at least 6 years in a client-facing role, preferably in account management or customer support- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of clients- Resourceful and driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service- Excellent people management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM tools- Knowledge of research methodologies and data analysis techniques- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- Commitment to environmental responsibility and sustainable practices
