Account Resolution Specialist

We are currently looking for Account Resolution Specialists to join our Agency Collections team.

Our Account Resolution Specialists/Collectors work in a call center environment within our professional law office setting.They are responsible for making outbound calls, and taking inbound calls. They notify and/or locate consumers with delinquent accounts and attempt to secure paymentsaccording to compliance with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Weltman's guidelines, and client standards.

SCHEDULE:

Monday - Friday 8am - 4:45pm for all schedules
Hybrid schedule available after 90 days.
There may be additional flexibility after hired for alternate schedule based upon needs to meet prime collections hours of the business and work-life balance including less than 40 hour work week
After probationary period there is an option for hybrid remote schedule.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

Hourly pay based upon experience (starting at $17.00 hr.) + potential uncapped monthly bonus
Uncapped monthly bonus opportunities ( average annual bonus $10,500!!!)
Paid Time Off (PTO) - 16 days annually + 8 Company paid holidays
Bilingual is a plus (Spanish Speaking)

REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
1 year consistent work experience required, in hospitality field, customer service, call center or sales experience preferred
Accurate typing and data entry skills
Consistently achieves 85% or better on monthly revenue goals
Knowledge of basic computer operation, including internet research
Maintains composure in difficult situations
Communicates effectively verbally and in writing
Must pass background check and drug screen
