National Equipment & Service is seeking an Account Manager to join our team in Irvine, CA!?????? You will be responsible for managing and developing assigned accounts throughout the Southwest Region, including Orange County, LA County, Riverside County, San Bernardino County, San Diego County, and beyond, in some cases. The primary goal of a successful Account Manager is to build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Account Managers will work closely with the Sales team and onboard new accounts brought in by the Sales department. Once onboarded, Account Managers will grow their accounts by assisting them in maintaining high safety standards and operating at maximum efficiency through suggested services and preventative maintenance. Account Managers must be presentable and practice excellent customer service skills, as you will be working directly with your accounts, remotely, and on-site. Consistent communication is key. Ultimately, the Account Manager will manage all aspects of their accounts, including all day-to-day activities related to them.
Responsibilities Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships as a trusted advisor. Own all aspects of day-to-day management of all assigned accounts, ranging from creating Estimates, handling/scheduling Service Calls, following up on large projects, etc. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. Clearly and regularly communicate job progress and initiatives to all stakeholders. Perform on-site evaluations and walkthroughs with customers. Ensure the timely and successful execution of service, according to customer needs. Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas of improvement. Oversee all jobs relating to assigned accounts, to ensure jobs are successfully performed accurately, on time, and according to the customer's specific requirements. Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. monthly, quarterly, and annual sales results). Prepare reports on account status. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback. Assist with all client requests or escalations as needed. Performs other related duties as required or assigned. Qualifications Proven work experience as an Account Manager or relevant role. Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executives and C-levels. Experience with Mac and Apple equipment. Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot) and MS Office or Apple equivalent (particularly MS Excel/Numbers). Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs. Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail. Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Must perform well in a high-energy, dynamic, and team-oriented environment. Benefits:
