ISMG's newest division, is a full-service cybersecurity marketing advisory firm catering towards B2B organizations looking to strategically target their marketing spend within cybersecurity. CyberTheory is seeking an experienced, creative, and ambitious Account Executive to join the team. Our ideal team member would have a dominant hunter mentality, proven experience building and closing new business with in a B2B market, comfortable within a fast-paced & start-up style environment, excellent presentation skills, and if possible have experience within cybersecurity, tech, or other related areas.
The Account Executive will be responsible for: identifying and acquiring new business, hitting projected revenue goals, analyzing assigned territories and the overall market to identify any gaps and strategizing ways to persist and perform, and both establishing and maintaining consultative relationships with clients discussing their needs and specific organizational marketing challenges they are facing highlighting how CyberTheory can accommodate and assist through our advanced industry knowledge and utilizing our customized targeted solutions and strategies.
Responsibilities: Identify and acquire new clients through diligent and targeted outreach via cold-call/email. Present, promote, and sell using solid arguments to prospective and existing clients. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and client relationships. Expedite the resolution of client problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule. Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments. Analyze the territory and market potential to maximize opportunity and revenue growth, tracking sales and providing weekly/monthly/quarterly status reports. Supply management with reports on client needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new and existing offerings. Develop a high level understanding of CyberTheory's offerings and strong base level knowledge of the cybersecurity landscape to elevate prospecting communication with clients. Keep abreast of best practices and industry/market trends. Continuously improve through feedback. Create and pitch proposals which include media plans, content and creative services. Generate RFP opportunities through meetings and constant correspondence. Guide campaign process including generating agreements, leading kickoff calls and providing client support from beginning to end of each campaign engagement. In some instances client account management will be required. Requirements & Desired Experience: At least a Bachelor's Degree or higher in related fields. Proven work experience as an individual contributor within a B2B sales environment closing mainly new business. Familiarity with SalesForce and CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships. Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales. Excellent selling, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Outstanding time management, prioritizing, and organizational skills. Ability to create and deliver high level presentations tailored to the audience needs. Relationship management skills and openness to feedback. Strong knowledge of the evolving B2B digital marketing landscape as it pertains to enterprise level organizations as well as start-ups. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is a must.
