Direct Marketing Solutions is a multi-channel marketing company specializing in direct mail & digital marketing. To keep up with our recent growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic Account Coordinator to support our Client Services team.
Position Overview The Account Coordinator (AC) is a supporting role to the Account Management team. Coordinator's assist Account Managers (AM) with managing client marketing portfolios and collaboration with internal departments to meet necessary deadlines. They communicate regularly with AM's to ensure clients' needs are being met.
Essential Functions Enter project specifications and parameters into job ticket database Prepare deliverables for internal and client distribution Proof works in progress Prepare work orders for Creative and PrePress departments Route projects through creative process to meet deadlines Prepare tracking and inventory reports Collaborate with Account Managers to realize campaigns that meet the wants and needs of our clients Help develop campaign communications in coordination with the project timeline and success of the campaign Understand clients' quality expectations and ensure overall quality control on all projects Gain an understanding of clients' business needs and generate new ideas to assist Account Managers in improving client performance Develop and maintain strategic relationships with other departments Keep current of industry dynamics and applicable regulations to optimize campaign success and foster broad industry expertise Additional Responsibilities Ensure compliance with all policies and regulations, including the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act Qualifications Bachelor's Degree (4 years) or equivalent relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree 1-2 years related experience Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Strong customer support and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and strong written, verbal communication Able to manage and prioritize tasks as assigned Ability to work outside of regular business hours in support of a 24/7 environment Why DMS At DMS, we treat our employees with respect and encourage teamwork and creativity.
