The Support Analyst position for Medical Center Security Access Control Lock Shop, functions to support and manage the technology-based systems, resources, and services required to maintain a proper working environment. The Support Analyst will also provide a broad-based support for hardware, software, production operations, and customer support. This also including but not limited to system maintenance, user-support, and training throughout the Medical Center and other hospital occupied properties.
Position Summary The Support Analyst position is responsible for supporting and managing the technology-based systems and resources to provide a broad-based support for hardware, software, production operations, customer support, and services required to maintain a proper working environment. This may also include installation of hardware and/or software as well as trouble-shooting and serving as a liaison with users, vendor support, software adaptation, training, and general support throughout the Medical Center and other hospital occupied properties.
Minimum Qualifications For Hire: High School Diploma or GED certification and general computer experience, electronic or technical training, including at least one-year experience working with access control systems. One-year police or security experience in a healthcare setting desired. Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment. Knowledge of Local, State and Federal statutes as they apply to the job requirements Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Familiarity with personal computing including word-processing, spreadsheets, and data analysis desired.
