Responsibilities
• Administer and facilitate training and development programs• Support activities for Team Members and ensure all processes are documented• Develop and publish annual training calendar• Facilitate key organizational training programs• Develop and update internal training program procedures• Oversee planning, scheduling, and coordination of training events• Manage Training Center Team growth and development• Assess ongoing training needs• Work closely with Campus Field Safety Manager• Develop, track, and report on training metrics
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience• 3+ years' experience in a supervisor or management role• 3+ years' logistics or manufacturing industry experience
