The person in this role will assist the Legal Department on a wide range of contracts from drafting through execution. This position will interact with many different departments within and outside of the Epic organization including customers, Marketing, Finance, and Sales, therefore, strong people skills are a must.In this role, you willProcessing various types of contracts including, but not limited to, various types of license agreements, non-disclosure agreements, letters and noticesOverseeing contract creation from start to completion and accurately shepherding the process in its entiretyCoordinating actions with internal procurement and legal teams, as neededServe as the liaison between internal and external parties during contract development and negotiationMeeting turnaround expectations in a high-pressure environmentHigh volume Data entry and accuracyWhat we're looking forYou are familiar with contract/document management software and processYou have experience with legal transactional documents (ideally with NDAs and license agreements)You are ideally from a legal or business backgroundYou are proficient in the MS Office SuiteYou have high attention to detailYou have excellent time management skills and are able to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyYou enjoy working cohesively as part of a team and with members of varying disciplines on different teamsYou have a passion for games and an understanding of the business surrounding gamesExperience with Salesforce and/or Jira is preferredEPIC JOB + EPIC BENEFITS = EPIC LIFEOur intent is to cover all things that are medically necessary and improve the quality of life.
