Sales Enablement ManagerThe charter of our Sales Enablement organization is to align our sales, Product and marketing teams, forming joint goals and leveraging shared GTM plans with a focus upon improving sales performance. This team is the lifeblood of Sumo's growth and success. Our Sales Enablement organization builds and administers ongoing training in prospect engagement, product knowledge, and sales coaching in an effort to maximize our GTM teams' effectiveness. This team helps develop content that is designed to simplify the selling process for both prospects and sales reps, while always looking for ways to improve these positive feedback loops. All this while ensuring data integrity and maximizing Sales Rep utilization drive improvement and revenue growth. What you'll be working on:Managing sales enablement tools such as our Mindtickle CMS to ensure we're leveraging relevant features, holding the teams accountable and providing a simple, seamless learning experience for the sales orgDesign and implement onboarding and ongoing sales enablement programs and projectsWork closely with Product Management, Product Marketing and Sales teams to drive the sales and technical enablement contentBuild effective relationships with sales leaders and individual contributors across Sumo Logic globally to effectively drive sales productivity through enablement programsCreate sales-relevant enablement content and resources ranging including one-pagers, presentations, video, audio podcasts and internal blog postsMonitor and report on the sales new hires progress in assigned onboarding activitiesContribute your experience and expertise in creating a world-class sales enablement function at Sumo Logic10% travel required, some internationalYour experience and skills should include:Minimum of 5 years experience working in corporate learning, enablement, sales strategy, sales productivity, communications, or similar roles for a SaaS - Cloud company.Deep knowledge of sales processes, methodologies and solution selling best practicesAble to thrive in a fast paced, ever-changing SaaS environmentEffective at synthesizing and distilling large amounts of information with a deep-understanding of what constitutes sales-relevant contentProven track record of scoping, building and executing integrated sales communications, and enablement programs and contentStrong presentation skills and a passion for storytelling.Excellent written and verbal communications skills + strong presentation skillsProven ability to work  proactively and independently to address challenges and needsListens to understand and sets ego aside for the good of the companyExperience working with a variety of stakeholders / business unitsBachelor's Degree a huge plusTechnology Skills & Experience:Salesforce.com, Mindtickle, Outreach, Google Sites, Google Applications, Microsoft Office, IOS, Android, and Mac OS#LI-RemoteAbout UsSumo Logic, Inc. empowers the people who power modern, digital business. In addition to base pay, certain roles are eligible to participate in our bonus or commission plans, as well as our benefits offerings. Compensation varies based on a variety of factors which include (but aren't limited to) role level, skills and competencies, qualifications, knowledge, location, and experience.
