We're on the lookout for a passionate Realtor who is ready to embark on a new journey, joining us in managing and expanding our vibrant community across the US and Canada. This role is perfect for someone with a background in real estate, equipped with industry insights and a knack for building meaningful connections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and nurture a dynamic community of real estate professionals, fostering strong relationships and ongoing engagement with our brand.
- Serve as the primary liaison for community feedback, inquiries, and interactions, ensuring a supportive and enriching experience for all members.
- Organize and lead engaging webinars, workshops, and events tailored to realtors, enriching their professional skills and understanding of our AI headshot technology.
- Collaborate closely with our marketing and sales teams to craft compelling content and communications targeted at real estate professionals, showcasing success stories, tips, and industry-specific applications of our product.
- Monitor and analyze community trends, offering valuable insights and feedback to internal teams to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Oversee and nurture our online forums and social media groups dedicated to realtors, fostering a positive and informative environment.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive membership growth, participation, and loyalty within the real estate community.
- Listen attentively to the unique needs and challenges of real estate professionals, ensuring our product exceeds their expectations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Realtor, coupled with a genuine interest in community engagement.
- Exceptional communication skills and a talent for building rapport with real estate professionals.
- Strong organizational abilities and experience in event planning, including hosting webinars and managing professional groups.
- Familiarity with social media, online marketing, and content creation tailored to real estate audiences.
- Self-motivated and capable of driving initiatives forward with minimal supervision.
- Passion for technology and its role in transforming professional sectors, particularly within real estate.
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Real Estate, or related fields preferred.
