Responsibilities: Must have experience in Minerals processing industry. Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Process or Mechanical Engineering. Experience should include a minimum of 6 years of project management or process improvement experience in an engineering and/or leadership capacity. Must have a demonstrated record of accomplishment in a manufacturing culture focused on safety, reliability, and process improvement Ability to interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, engineering drawings, and procedure manuals and write routine reports and correspondence Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization Develop strategies to achieve organizational goals; Understands organization's strengths & weaknesses; Analyzes market and competition; Identifies external threats and opportunities Use feedback to modify designs and generate creative solutions To perform this job successfully, an individual should have general knowledge of Spreadsheet and Word Processing software; Process simulation software; Project Management software; Accounting software; Order processing systems; Contact Management systems; Internet software; Inventory software; Manufacturing software Follow all statutory, regulatory, and organizational procedures to protect the environment from hazardous waste exposure. Follow all Federal and State Safety Regulations, and company safety policies/procedures; Report potentially unsafe conditions; Aid in correcting unsafe conditions; Use equipment and materials properly Please check my availability
