In this role you will assist Field team members by ascertaining the location of missing or overdue equipment, ensuring that U-Haul assets can be recovered safely and efficiently.Equipment Recovery Dispatcher Primary Responsibilities: + Obtain and organize information regarding overdue, missing, lost, or stolen U-Haul equipment
+ Track and communicate location of missing or impounded equipment
+ Aid law enforcement in investigation and processes necessary for equipment recovery
Equipment Recovery Dispatcher Minimum Qualifications: + General computer knowledge
+ 1 year of call center or collections
+ 1 year of office experience
+ Reliability and excellent attendance
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
