Job Description:
Dr Pepper Snapple Group is seeking a passionate and driven Customer Care Representative to join our team on a part-time, remote basis in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities:1. Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and online chat to resolve inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.2. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and escalate complex issues as needed.3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.4. Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability.5. Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies.6. Contribute to team goals and meet individual performance targets.7. Continuously improve knowledge of products, services, and processes to better serve customers.
Requirements:1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.2. Strong time management and organization skills.3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.5. Flexible schedule to accommodate evening and weekend shifts.6. High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.7. Experience in a call center or customer service environment is a plus.
