Position Overview: The Construction Project Manager is responsible for the planning, budgeting, organizing and managing of construction projects from start to finish. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for the successful completion of multiple projects while adhering to safety regulations, budget, and timeline. The Construction Project Manager will work closely with the project team to ensure that each project is completed on time, on budget, and up to code.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules. Develop project plans and ensure they are followed. Track and report project progress. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders. Monitor daily activities on the project site to ensure safety and quality standards are met. Identify and resolve any project issues. Ensure projects are completed on time and on budget. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or related field. Minimum of 6 years of experience in Construction Management. Experience in Commercial Construction, K-12, and Municipal Construction. Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision. Experience with project management software.
