Salary Range: $24.00-32.70/hour and bonus potential
Benefits: 401(k) 5% match (1:1) Medical, dental, and vision insurance; premiums we pay 100% for employee and family HSA contribution for qualifying plans Unlimited Paid time off and 10 observed holidays Full-time remote opportunity, equipment provided Responsibilities: The Client Success Manager is to build strong, lasting relationships with clients while driving business growth and ensuring cybersecurity and compliance needs are met. Lasting success and business growth can be broken down into the following categories: Client Satisfaction and Retention, Product Adoption and Expansion, Customer Education and Training, Risk Mitigation and Compliance Management, and Industry Knowledge. CSMs achieve these goals through customer onboarding meetings, account auditing, soft mentions for new products, and regular follow-up maintenance for customer accounts.
Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention Demonstrate long-term value of the product Leads regular check-in meetings with customers on at least a quarterly recurring basis Encourage product adoption by fully explaining the compliance requirements Maintain a goal of 99% retention rate Maintain a 9/10 satisfaction rate on the six-month customer satisfaction survey Align themselves with the customers they initially onboarded to avoid any loss of customer contact Encourage clients to fully adopt and utilize the software's features and capabilities Ensuring customer adopts additional product functionality as it is released Mentioning new products to existing customers as ComplyAuto releases them Meeting mention goals as outlined by the client success director for that specific CSM Ensuring clients fully utilize the software's features through continued customer contact and full product exposure Onboarding customers through the process outlined by the Client Success Director Maintaining an average of an 85% average compliance score for all customers in the CSMs possession Meet with customers at least quarterly to continue education on the product post-onboarding Assist clients with mitigating cybersecurity risks and ensure ongoing compliance with industry standards and regulations through product exposure Proactively monitor the usage of the customer's account as it pertains to potential vulnerabilities Encourage full adoption of Coro and Duo products Stay updated on industry trends, emerging threats, and changes in regulations relevant to car dealerships as directed by the Client Success Director Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business or related field; or three years of equivalent experience Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with hubspot or similar CRM tools Proficient in excel or google sheets Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify client issues and develop effective solutions. Ability to meet regular attendance expectations and meet tight deliverables deadlines Preferred Qualification s: Automotive industry experience preferred Client Success Manager experience preferred Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States and able to provide proof of work authorization within three days of start date.
