Assistant General Manager

Moon Rabbit is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to come join our team! 
Responsibilities of the Assistant General Manager will be focused almost exclusively on hospitality management, staff training and education, and service standards quality improvement.  Required Skills: At least two years of front-of-house management experience in fine dining establishments Ability to enforce all standards of service Strong food and beverage knowledge Strong problem solving skills Exceptional communication and leadership skills Must possess a positive attitude, and the ability to be a supportive trainer and mentor for staff Proven record of developing strong FOH teams
