Total Body Mobile Massage is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing/Advertising Director to lead our promotional efforts and drive business growth. As a leader in the mobile massage industry, we are committed to delivering high-quality services to our clients, and we are looking for a talented individual to join our team and take our marketing and advertising strategies to the next level.
Responsibilities:
Utilize seniority expertise to target and engage high-level decision-makers in the healthcare, corporate, and luxury sectors. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and advertising plans and campaigns to promote our services and brand across various channels while analyzing the effectiveness of each for optimization Lead a team of marketing professionals and collaborate with external agencies to create compelling campaigns and content Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for expansion and growth Manage the company's social media presence and engage with our target audience effectively Collaborate with other departments to align marketing strategies with business goals Oversee the production of marketing materials, including print, digital, and multimedia content Monitor and report weekly to the Auditing Director / Department on the performance of marketing initiatives to optimize results and drive ROI Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred Proven experience (10+ years) in a senior marketing/advertising role within the wellness, hospitality, or related industry Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team towards achieving strategic objectives In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, digital advertising platforms, and customer acquisition techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions Passion for wellness and an understanding of the mobile massage industry is a plus Total Body Mobile Massage is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment and is an equal opportunity employer. Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $24.50 - $25.50/hour.
