You'll love this role if you want to build meaningful, long-lasting relationships that move our business forward.WHAT YOU'LL DO:Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needsBuild and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnershipsMaintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewalsNegotiate the renewal of annual contracts and ensure that renewals are made in a timely fashion Form strategies to deflect potential churn or contraction of existing contractsDevelop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clientsBuild a pipeline of these cross-sell and upsell opportunities that will support the achievement of quarterly targetsWHO YOU'LL WORK WITHAs an Account Manager, you'll work cross-functionally with internal teams, including account executives, sales engineers, technical account managers, deal desk, and legal.THE SKILLSET YOU'LL BRING:Professional experience in a sales or customer service role in the mid-market spaceConsistent attainment of hitting and exceeding quota for new and/or expansion business An ability to conduct discovery calls to identify opportunities and build pipelineAbility to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneouslyStrong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detailDemonstrated ability to position proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close dealsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedbackProficiency with common customer success and customer relationship management software, such as Gainsight, Outreach, and SalesforceProfessional certification (ex: from Strategic Account Management Association)
